The lack of kitchen utensils. I would recommend that a link be provided when making reservations for utensils or appliances needed for the visit. Carpet is old and stained, needs replacing. When asked staff dais there was a sofa in my room, there wasn't nor did the chair recline. A tile was loose in front of the sink, rooms need renovating.

Hallway carpet was dirty and stained. Stairways smelled of cigarette smoke. The entryway needs to have the trash cans emptied throughout the day. The staff needs to be trained better on the operating system
